Yes, you can book an appointment online from the comfort of your own space. But if you prefer to chat, you can always call our Customer Care Centre any day of the week. Regardless of the method you choose, you will always receive an email confirmation and reminders of your appointment—talk about convenience and great service!

2. Tour an apartment

Is it a "stay-in-bed" kind of weather or you're enjoying summer at a cottage? We've got options for you! We have virtual tours of select apartments on our website so you can technically view the unit while seated on your couch. But if you're looking for something more interactive, our leasing agents can do an online tour via Skype, Facebook, or Facetime…we promise it won't be awkward!  Any questions you have will be answered as if you were touring in-person.

3. Secure your apartment

We have a seamless online leasing process that is accessible through the website, 24/7. So, after falling in love with your new apartment, you can now submit your application and attach supporting documents with just a couple of clicks. It's easy, safe, and the best part… it's entirely contactless!

4. Never miss a rent payment

We understand that you have a lot going on, so we made rent payment simple. Apply for pre-authorized payment and your rent will automatically be taken out of your account on the first of each month. 5. Request for maintenance

Need something fixed? Submit your request online! Fill out the online form and wait for the onsite team to contact you. You will receive a confirmation that the request has been received. Not sure how to complete the form? Call our Customer Care Centre and one of our agents will gladly help you submit the request. You don't even have to come into the office to get the service you deserve.
