Lucian Ionescu is the Chief Operating Officer for Centurion Property Associates Inc & Centurion Asset Management Inc. overseeing both the multi-residential and student housing portfolio's. He has over 15 years of experience in both property and asset management within the apartment industry. Lucian completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Information Technology at the University of Sibiu in Romania.

Sarah Stewart is the Vice President of Leasing and Call Centre Operations for Centurion Property Associates Inc. Sarah brings over fifteen years of strategic marketing and leasing experience in the residential property management industry.

Laura Salvatore s’est jointe à Centurion en tant qu’interne après avoir obtenu son diplôme de l’université Ryerson. Elle occupe maintenant le poste d’administratrice, Capital humain et projets spéciaux pour Centurion Property Associates Inc. / Centurion Asset Management Inc. et elle vient apporter son appui à l’équipe principale de l’entreprise pour tout ce qui touche le capital humain. Luigi Mazzariello occupe le poste de directeur principal, Hébergement à La MARQ, où il supervise les activités liées aux logements pour étudiants de La MARQ au 515, à Montréal. Avant de se joindre à La MARQ, il a œuvré pendant plus de 15 ans au sein de l’industrie hôtelière montréalaise, plus précisément dans le secteur du service à la clientèle; d’ailleurs, l’offre d’un service exceptionnel lui tient beaucoup à cœur. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Sarah is the Senior Manager of Call Centre Operations for Centurion Property Associates Inc. She oversees the Customer Care Team, ensuring the needs of all our residents, prospects and clients are met with the utmost professionalism, satisfaction and respect. 

Shaun McCracken is the Regional Director of Student Operations for The MARQ London & The MARQ Waterloo. Shaun joined The MARQ with over 15 years of experience in student housing within Ontario’s Post-Secondary sector. He has a passion for supporting Residents and ensuring they have a safe, secure, and welcoming environment to live, learn, and grow. Shaun holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Laurentian University and a Business Administration Diploma from Georgian College.
